For many, working with computers can be an overwhelming task at the best of times, so what happens when they just stop working… At Precision PC we understand that you don’t care why it happened, you just want it fixed and fast.

Don’t bother unplugging all those leads, cleaning off the layers of dust, getting it out to the car and driving it to your nearest computer store, save yourself the hassle and get an onsite technician to come to you. And don’t worry, onsite doesn’t mean out of pocket either. At Precision PC we have very competitive prices. At just $60 per hour you can be sure that you are getting excellent value every time.

As for the majority of people who work the same hours as the computer stores? We are available from 9:00am till 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9am till 4pm Saturday and Sunday so there is no need to take the day off work, just organise for the job to be done when you get home or even on the weekend.

Unfortunately, when it comes to computers not all jobs are a simple fix. If you do happen to have one of those problems then we will happily bring the computer back to our workshop, complete the repairs and return it to you with no callout fee required for the return visit. Not only that, but to ensure you are only being charged for the tasks completed, offsite repairs are done at a fixed rate, not an hourly one, so you can be sure that there is no unnecessary time being spent on your computer.
